Impact Leadership Solutions provides executive coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness, workshops, and keynote programs to organizations. We work with leaders of all levels who want to strengthen how they lead, communicate, make decisions, develop others, and influence others.

Our coaches and facilitators bring deep experience in organizational leadership, executive development, learning strategy, organizational effectiveness, communication, team dynamics, and organizational change. We combine practical guidance with candid conversations, thoughtful challenge, and a healthy respect for the fact that leadership can be complicated.

Virtual executive coaching and leadership programs are available globally. In-person coaching, facilitation, and organizational programs are also available by arrangement.

    Anna Conrad, JD

    Anna Conrad is the CEO of Impact Leadership Solutions and an executive coach with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders become more effective, confident, and intentional. She works with directors, vice presidents, senior executives, CEOs, and other leaders preparing for broader responsibilities or navigating the complexity that comes with senior leadership.

    Anna’s coaching focuses on the practical behaviors, beliefs, and leadership capabilities that shape executive effectiveness. Her work frequently addresses executive presence, strategic communication, leadership confidence, interpersonal effectiveness, decision-making, team leadership, accountability, and the transition from functional expert to enterprise leader.

    Her approach is candid, compassionate, practical, and grounded in the realities leaders face inside organizations. Clients can expect thoughtful challenge, useful tools, and enough humor to make the harder conversations a little easier to have.

    Anna has helped thousands of people in more than 200 countries through her leadership programs, executive coaching, speaking, and educational work. She has appeared as a leadership and management expert on more than 300 radio programs and has been featured in Fast Company, Inc., the Chicago Tribune, the New York Business Journal, the Denver Business Journal, and more than 40 business journals across the United States.

    Anna is the author of two books on executive coaching and a professor of Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver.

    Henry

    Henry serves as Chief Culture Officer and reminds the rest of the team that leadership requires curiosity, consistency, compassion, and the occasional well-timed break.

    Born on a ranch in Grand Junction, Colorado, Henry spent his puppyhood exploring the Rocky Mountains. He reflects the ILS commitment to continuous learning and helping people grow with both compassion and an appropriate focus on results.

    Henry also works with children and adults as a therapy dog. His areas of expertise include building immediate rapport, encouraging people through difficult moments, and recognizing when everyone in the room would benefit from a game of catch.

    Heather Bokon

    Heather Bokon brings 20 years of experience as an administrative and executive assistant to her role at Impact Leadership Solutions. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two rescue dogs.

    Heather helps bring order, coordination, and follow-through to a business devoted to helping other people become better leaders. Her title reflects the range of personalities, priorities, and occasional moving targets that come with the territory.

    When she is away from work, Heather spends her time reading, chasing her delightfully neurotic dogs, and continuing her complicated relationship with cooking.

    Devon Brown, PhD

    Devon Brown is an executive coach and senior facilitator with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations improve how they work and lead.

    Devon brings a systems perspective to executive coaching and organizational development. He helps leaders understand how individual behavior, team dynamics, organizational expectations, and workplace systems influence performance. This broader perspective is especially valuable when a leadership challenge extends beyond one person and involves relationships, culture, or the way work gets done across an organization.

    His work focuses on identifying the behaviors and organizational patterns with the greatest potential to improve leadership effectiveness and team performance. He combines insight into human behavior with practical strategies leaders can apply in their day-to-day work.

    Devon holds a PhD in Organizational Communication and is a certified coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute.

    Kristin Crockett

    Kristin Crockett has more than 25 years of experience in people development, learning strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Her background includes leading learning strategy and execution for Fortune 50 companies and translating complex business priorities into practical leadership and talent-development programs.

    Kristin partners with senior leaders, HR executives, and learning and development professionals to build leadership capability, strengthen teams, and create sustainable approaches to employee development. Her work reflects a strong understanding of how people strategies must support business priorities while remaining realistic enough to be used inside the organization.

    Her areas of expertise include talent management and development, customized onboarding, people-advancement strategies, team effectiveness, team growth planning, sales enablement, and skill- and competency-based employee-journey programs.

    Kristin is particularly skilled at turning broad organizational goals into clear, usable programs that leaders and employees can put into practice. She brings a practical, human-centered approach to work that must serve both the organization and the people responsible for carrying it forward.
