Executive Voices: Candid Conversations for Colorado’s Business Leaders

Meaningful connections. Practical perspectives. Conversations worth making time for.

For eight years, Executive Voices has brought together executives and emerging executive leaders for candid conversations about the realities of leading organizations. Our events regularly sell out—a reflection of the value leaders place on thoughtful dialogue and meaningful connections with peers.

Leadership comes with decisions you cannot delegate, conversations you cannot avoid, and challenges that rarely fit neatly into a meeting agenda. Through engaging panel discussions and conversation with leaders across industries, you gain fresh perspectives, practical ideas, and relationships that continue well beyond the event.

A Room Where Leaders Can Speak Candidly

Some of the most valuable leadership insights come from hearing how another executive handled a situation you are facing now—including what they would do differently.

Executive Voices creates space for those conversations. Our forums bring together accomplished leaders from different industries to explore the challenges, decisions, and lessons that shape effective leadership. Panelists share their experiences, participants contribute thoughtful questions, and the conversation goes beyond the polished version of leadership.

Expect substance, candor, and a welcoming room. You may even discover that the executive sitting next to you has been wrestling with the same question.

What You’ll Gain

  1. Perspectives you can put to work

Hear how experienced executives approach complex leadership challenges. Leave with ideas and questions you can bring into your next team meeting, difficult conversation, or strategic decision.

  2. Connections with people who understand the role

Build relationships with leaders across industries who understand the responsibility of leading people and organizations. Our gatherings make room for conversation before and after the panel, so introductions have time to become connections.

  3. Space to step back and think

A demanding calendar can leave little room to reflect on how you lead. Executive Voices offers an opportunity to pause, challenge your assumptions, and consider a different approach alongside thoughtful peers.

Who Executive Voices Is For

Executive Voices is designed for senior executives, business leaders, and leaders preparing for broader executive responsibility. Participants bring different industry experiences and perspectives, along with a shared interest in learning from one another.

To preserve the purpose and character of the community, attendance is reserved for leaders working within organizations. Professional service providers participate through approved sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Building a Culture of Accountability

Our sold-out gathering at Crocs Global Headquarters in Broomfield brought leaders together to explore a challenge that crosses every industry: building a culture of accountability.

The panel featured:

  • Crystal Heter

    President and CEO, Tallgrass

  • Dave LaPorte

    Interim CEO, Denver International Airport

  • Miko Brown

City Attorney, City and County of Denver

  • Dave McReavy

    CFO, Lockheed Martin Space

Moderated by Anna Conrad, the discussion explored how leaders set clear expectations, model accountability, and address difficult issues while maintaining trust.

It was a full house—with a few extra chairs finding their way into the room—and a reminder of how much leaders value the opportunity to learn from one another. Thank you to Shannon Sisler and the Crocs team for their generous hospitality, and to every panelist and participant who contributed to the conversation.
