3 Tips to Getting Work Done



Most of us have days when we feel like we haven't accomplished anything, even if we have worked 10 hours. Here are a few tips to avoid spending all your time answering emails and texts:

  • Turn off email notifications.

  • Block off anything that takes 20 minutes or more – and protect that time!

  • Break big goals down into smaller goals. If the task still feels intimidating, shrink it further until it seems doable. You might end up with a plan that's one-fourth or one-tenth the size of what you initially considered — but it'll feel much more achievable.
