Anna Conrad, JD - Principal

Anna Conrad has coached and trained thousands of executives and leaders; run change management initiatives; planned global and local succession management initiatives; developed and facilitated leadership development programs and workshops for hundreds of emerging leaders; and developed and supported strategic organizational development programs for Fortune 500 companies, small and medium sized companies, and government agencies.  Her clients span numerous industries, including Oil & Gas, telecommunications, construction, retail, manufacturing, health care, technology, financial services, government, engineering, and many others.  Anna Conrad has written numerous feature articles on leadership throughout the United States and in Canada in professional journals.   She has also taught at several universities on Leadership, Business, and Sociology.  Anna Conrad is based in Denver, Colorado.  

Robyn McVicker - Senior Consultant

As a business professional with 20 years experience in executive management and product development roles, Robyn is a strategic visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit and a clear sense of purpose when leading start-up, growth and turnaround efforts. Highly competitive, passionate, persuasive and articulate, she is a leader focused on matching people with their strengths and developing them as professionals. She is skilled at establishing operational excellence within diverse environments, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies and planning/executing multi-faceted business development campaigns designed to improve awareness, market share and the bottom line.  The products, programs and platforms she has managed span diverse functions such as Operations and Sales, Information Technologies, Telephony/Cable and Education.  Her many skills include:  strategic planning, marketing & branding savvy, budget management, team building & leadership, contract & vendor management, re-engineering operations & process improvement, application development & implementation and customer relationship management.   Robyn’s passion for bringing order to chaos and matching the right people to their areas of strength have been the key drivers in her success as both Executive and Team Member.  Robyn holds a BS Degree in Business Administration with Minors in Computer Information Systems and Communications, as well as a Master Certification in High Performance Work Team Management from Regis University.

Katie Roof, SPHR - Senior Consultant

Katie Roof has 15 years of HR experience and has worked with companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups to establish innovative HR solutions that drive positive change, strengthen operations, and provide a clear, decisive path for long-term organizational growth.  Katie's resourceful, visionary approach has helped dozens of senior executives achieve strong performance in strategic and operational leadership.  

Elizabeth Lieurance, JD, CPC - Senior Consultant

Beth Lieurance has served as a member of Senior Leadership Teams for several Fortune 500 companies, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Employee and Labor Relations of Comcast Cable. Beth also served in a leadership capacity of Global Organizational Development and Training for Nike and various health care companies.  Beth’s experience as a senior executive, as well as her extensive consulting career provided her with the opportunity to collaborate and guide hundreds of human capital and strategy decisions.  Beth holds a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law and a BS Degree from the University of Nebraska.

Ed Marvez, JDSenior Consultant

Ed is an expert in organizational effectiveness, facilitation, training, career transition, coaching and leadership development. Ed skills were been developed during 15 years of working as a manager in the airline, telecommunications and financial services industries and 20 years of working as a trainer, training manager, process improvement leader, facilitator, coach and performance improvement consultant.  Ed’s passion is working with leaders and managers who are interested in their own growth as well as the growth of the individuals on their team. He focuses heavily on interpersonal dynamics and the impact they have on individual clients and their organizations.  Ed has served as an internal consultant to telecommunication and financial service organizations.  Ed consults with companies on leadership effectiveness, change management, strategy, conflict management, individual performance improvement, communication, career transition, and team performance. 

Lee Pemberton IV

Lee Pemberton IV has more than 40 years experience in sales, sales leadership, and sales training.  Lee graduated from the College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. As a professional sales person with 3M’s Pharmaceutical Sales division from 1983 to 2006, Lee earned distinction receiving the prestigious Gold Award recognizing him as a member of the Top 10% of sales professionals.
